Juliet of Magnolia Lane by UlaFish Juliet of Magnolia Lane by UlaFish
I think New Orleans would be the perfect setting for a re-imagining of Romeo and Juliet.
Anyway, this piece is far from perfect and far from finished. I've been working on it off and on for so long, that I just had to officially set it down for a while.

If you like this little picture, I definitely suggest you check out this poem it inspired, by fellow deviant TakeoX :)

This is so stunning, the mood and detail of this entire piece, the rail in the foreground really creates depth and I just...ah I cannot get over how impressed I am of this image!

Just by staring at your picture for 3 minutes I have learned so much about the use of warm and cool colors! This piece is fabulous, and one of my most favorite pieces that I have ever stumbled across on all my years at DA. Thank you so much! :D
